I think they both would look good. And in regard to painting it, I think it looks best when just part of the hood is painted, not the whole thing. I personaly would get the Evo style, and in the future will get an evo hood, but I think the OEM would look just as good. It's one of those things, were it's in the eye of the beholder, as to which would look better.

Yes...a CF hood with the sides painted (the 'bulged' parts) and the center unpainted looks awesome.

well, you could satisfy both and get a vented hood that is not evo style, then you have functional vents for heat dissapation and a CF hood for weight loss and looks.

Best paint job I have seen is the top of the side bulges painted, the center unpainted and the angled parts that go up to the side bulges have color coded pinstriping down em for a transition.

I'd say OEM c/f. I think it looks a lot cleaner, and it shows you don't want to be like other cars, as opposed to the evo hood. I'd also leave it unpainted, I think unpainted c/f hoods look really nice.

This may be so but you know what...I have yet to see a P5 with a an EVo hood! I see lots of black CF OEM hoods on everything and I think THAT is definately played out...
