09 MS3
I just picked up an 09 MS3 and was wondering which dealer to got to for warranty work should I need it? Are they cool with mods or am I going to have to turn it back to stock?

Unfortunately I do not have any of the stock parts. I was hoping not to to have to go out and piece together a stock setup.

nope no problem. Just want to have a plan just in case. I have 3 years left on the power train warranty and don't want to be caught with my pants down should It need to go in.

id think if the parts that are aftermarket have nothing to do with the problem then you should be fine... if they do... good luck.

i have a friend who has an STi. its heavily modded now but back when he only had a couple mods done to it he had to return it to stock for them to even look at it... and im talking stock, even rims/wheels had to be the stock ones.

This is what i seem to be reading about mazda. I found one internet story saying that they had tranny issues and the dealer would not honor warranty because of a dealer installed CAI because it added too much HP which was confirmed by headquarters.

This is my first car with an eligible warranty. I would like to not shoot myself in the foot should I need to use it. I even contemplated having them change the oil till the warranty is up.
