Where would you fit an Access Port in this mod plan?

So far I've done very basic stuff...figure I'd get a bit of the small stuff out of the way before saving up for some larger things. I know one of the mods I'd like to eventually do would be a Cobb Access Port, but I don't know the smartest place in this plan to put it...given the following current mods, and the future plan, where would you stick the AP?

Current:
Corksport Test Pipe
RPMC Turbo Inlet
Cobb SRI

Future (in this order):
Downpipe
Cat-Back exhaust
FMIC
Boost Controller (maybe...or that upgraded wastegate)
Larger turbo (much later)

So when would you get the AP? After the Exhaust, or should I get it before moving any further? I just remember on the FD I owned there was a "three mod" rule...intake, cat-back, and downpipe were as far as you wanted to go without getting a tune. I know this car is nothing like the old TT rotary, but still...is there an order that makes the most sense?
 
i bought the AP defintally a good modwith power past 5700 rpms and needed eventually but i personally would have got a downpipe first.

Take it from someone who has one. Buy the AP last , because it's still in its R&D stages with the maps.
 
i have a new GT3076R , DP, FMIC . Do you think the AP will work for me , ive already ordered it but oh well what do you think ?
 
I would get the AP after the FMIC and the downpipe. Or at least replace the AP for the catback on your list. Catback is just cosmetic. It sounds nice but does nothing for performance. Wish I would have gotten an AP instead of exhaust. Also you should invest in a bpv if you dont have one already.
 
I would first get a fuel pump, then wait until protune software comes out to get a custom map for your car. Unless you have the exact mod list cobb calls for on the map listings I wouldnt run an over the counter map on your car, it will run like s***- proven time and time again. for the small increase in power it's not worth it for the cost of the accessport Or you could get a standback and flash then make tweaks to your personal setup and make it run properly and make power for all the money you spend.

I think its a waste unless you can make a map for the big turbo, and get meth hooked up cause it will be knocking like a mofo, sure as hell isnt going to run on the stock turbo's maps from cobb and if it does it will not make anywhere near close to the power and potential of that turbo......

aren't there a few shops that can do custom tunes on the AP currently? i could have sworn i read about a shop in washington? that was able to do it.
