Where to buy non OEM Touch up paint in Canada?

Hi, I have a scratch that needs to be touched up. I do have OEM touch up pen from the dealer but the paint does not adhere and also the color does not seems to much well. (My car is silver 38P paint code)

I called Canadian Tire, Larco, Napa Canada etc. but non of them sell simple touch up paint like dupon 2 in 1.
Further more only place I can buy this is through ebay or amazon USA site and would not worth it if there is shipping and duty/taxes I have to pay.

Getting frustrated, anyone know where to buy non OEM touch up paint in Canada, particularly in Vancouver BC?
Second question is anyone know good scratch repair place in Vancouver.

Most people do not realize when they see a scratch that it could just be a surface scratch. Do yourself a favor and take it to a paint shop to determine. Some of these scratches can be easily "buffed out" essentially they will sand down your clear coat in that area till it is the same depth as the scratch and then buff it to make it shine again and you can never see it. This also might be why you paint stick color does not match.. Now if you are all the way through the clear coat then that might be a different story.

Thank you. I took it to the paint shop and they said the scratch is into the paint and unable to buff it out. If anyone care to tell me where I can buy a touch up paint with brush tip in Canada, please let me know. Thank you
