if he really had a problem with it, he would post and that is why he posted on his situation now. how does that make him a wimp?

ok Mazdaspeed6 you story is more ****** up then ever. It sounds like bought a built motor, but when it was time to assemble it, you needed more stuff. so now you want you block back with the new stuff but you didn't pay for the whole thing yet and is holding out. If that is the case than that is ur own fault. You are not a business you are a customer you don't get an invoice to pay later. you give money before service or product is rendered. Now if that is not how it is please post your version of it.

Are you serious? read the entire thread. I paid MAM in full for the Block the first time and THE machining fees of 1200 dollars, Im not going to give them another dime until I get a valid tracking number. You think I'd be bitchin about 400 dollars when I have spent 5000 dollars please. You do not have to tell me what is my fault and what is not. Im quite aware of how business works sir, if I were you I would read the entire thread before chiming in with your 2 cents because you have no idea what I have went through with this matter.

dude I feel for you on the wait, alot of people have waited a long time for the blocks including me, which is why Beau is no longer selling them

but its not Beaus fault that your shop screwed up your motor the first time and I dont see why he should send you anything until you pay him, name one company that would send you the block and then you send them the money?

you will get it back I am positive of that, unfortunetly it just takes a long time :(

Im skeptical to actually think it was my shop in the first place I have read several threads on here that state similar problems with pistons grooving the cyclinder walls and so forth, I dont EXpect anything for free... ONce again read the entire thread dude before rendering your decision. Regardless of whatever happen in the process of installation, I should had been advised that it was going to take 4 months to get my motor back I could have taken it to a local machine shop seriously... I sent it back to beau for warranty purposes. I just want my motor.

first I have read all of this

second its not warranty if you let it rust and not clean it before you install it, this started out as Beau doing you a favor for the most part

third I am sure Beau did not know it was going to take this long or he would have told you up front, again thats why he is not doing this anymore because he cannot control the vendor he is using

Do did you know that when the block arrived it had scratches on top of the cyclinder head. Not only did my mechanic verify but I took the block to another shop, The head gasket on the motor did not seal properly because of the defect when it arrived sir. Thus, causing rust or whatever was discovered. ONce again not my fault. I do not know what your beef is, if you were in my situation you'd be more pissed than I am. I have been patient and have waited long enough. Say whatever you like MAM got out the engine building business because of the problems they encountered with weisco. Several people have had problems with this pistons in the FSDE. I mean nonetheless I still dont have my motor and I keep getting lied to, would you like to explain that. I get pmed about once or twice a week stating that my motor will be done on this date, and when that day comes to no avail its not done so whatever, you can defend MAM beau or whatever as far as Im concerned you are garbage just like them. Personally I could care less about who sees or reads what I have said, Its the honest to god truth, I have left nothing for people to speculate about its facts and thats it, sir.

You are intitled to your own opinion, Im sorry for the harsh language. I am just fustrated at this crap seriously. Its just crap all the s*** that has gone down is bull. This could have been handled so much better.

why can't people read the fact that most people are mad because MAM said they shipped the part or gonna ship on certain day it doesn't happen (dunno)

If people knew when they're gonna get the part they wouldn't be upset, but if their told a part is gonna come the 13th and doesn't, you get a lil concerned

i think we all need a big group hug. haha this things getting bigger n bigger n bigger....

Also...I find it a bit ironic, that the very person in this forum supposedly "Hunting Scammers" is defending shoddy business practice and purposed Lying...its my 2 cents and I am sticking to it...

Agreed, people want to know the truth. But when you keep saying "two more weeks, next week",(EssentialSpeed did it to me) and the parts are still not shipped, then people get pissed off. Maybe Beau is beaing mislead by the machine shop and they keep lying to him, which results in this type of situation.

Dude tell us you dont know before hand or say... it takes x amount of time generally but it may take this AMOUNT that way the consumer has a choice instead of telling them its gonna be here garuanteed.

I hear you, I've been waiting for my exhaust manifold for about 5 months now. And its a 30 day built time. But I knew MAM was moving so that was going to add time, and the coater messed up some of the manifold so they had to be re-coated.

The real good machine shops don't just get street cars but also race teams send their blocks to them which push the street motors back. The race teams do more steady buisness so they take priority when they send their stuff. Beau has said on the forums that he has had this problem in the past.
