Buit9110 did a great job on his, I've seen others that didn't turn out near as good as his. I'd consider doing it if I could get a how-to from him.

Does it flap while you're on the highway? Yep, that's why so many people do it. Well that and it does look cheap. Those are the only two reasons I can think of.
