Where do I buy Loctite from?

Hello, I'm going to sway out my motor mount and put some dampers on my hood and have read that I need to use Loctite to secure the bolts.

Where do I buy Loctite from?
and What type/number do I get?

Anywhere. Wal Mart, an auto parts store, etc.

Red is the strong stuff, blue is the less-strong stuff.

There are many different types of loctite just read the description and see if it matches your application. make sure that it will be removable with hand tools, some industrial stuff isnt. I've use a red bottle loctite but the liquid itself is blue and holds just fine on my rear motor mount and rear sway bar. Those pesky endlink bolts arent coming loose.

Okay cool, so blue seems to be the general consensus for the MM and Hood Dampers.

Any auto parts store is going to carry lok-tite. You can get it at wall mart too.

You want blue (242) for reagular use. Red is stronger, but will take heat to get the bolts to come off, or a heck of a lot of force. So much so that small bolts will just snap off. Red it probably a good idea for the drivers side motor/trans bolt though.

When you use it though don't take to long tightening the bolts down. It can dry fairly quick.

Use red loctie. Mazda used a red also for the rear MM.
