Wheels turning in neutral?

I had the front of my car up on jackstands, and I had one wheel on and the other off. I started the car in neutral, and when I let out the clutch, the left wheel started spinning slowly. It stopped after a moment, and further engaging/disengaging of the clutch had no effect. I didn't see what was going on over on the passenger side.

Is this normal?

Normal. Just a bit of stiction in the driveline, don't be concerned.
