The OEM tires size are way small for those rims. You should be on 235/40 18's, at the least!

What the other guy said. The tires need to be stretched like that, or else I would rub like a mother ******. PS they are actually smaller than OEM, 215/40 not 215/45.

Rears are rolled flat. No problema yet, Ive been going superslow on speedbumps but not crooked

Get some tires that fit those rims. It looks like the tire bead does'nt even extend to the edge of the rim.
