Wheel refinishing

So the wonderful people at the car shop grooved the crap out of the area around my lug nuts on my perfect stock wheels. Needless to say after some arguing, I got them to agree to help my fix it.

Anyways where do I start to get a quote to get this fixed, bodyshops?

any decent body shop will be able to repaint the stock wheels with the stock base coat / clear coat.

There are other finish alternatives as well, such as powder coating which may be more durable over time.
