I've been mulling over wheels for a long time. I finally decided on the Enkei RPF1's. I also want 17" along with hankook 225/45 or 235/45. Found 17x8+45 RPF1's in Black or Bright Silver. I drive a 08.5 Black Mica MS3 GT, and i'm on Eibach ProKit springs. The question is, which color wheel. or if anyone has any other good options in something similar i'd be happy to hear about it. its hard to find good pictures of 17" wheels on ms3's here, and yea i've searched for way too long. if anyone has seen this combo, what'd you think. totally open to ideas/info. thanks guys

Black on Black, Stealth Mode fo sho!!!! Great wheel by the way, we run them on our MSP

Get the silver. The size you're looking at is just .5inch wider and -3MM less than what's on my P5. I think silver looks better and may be an easier color to sell (if you ever decide to.)

I like RPF1s in a bronze or darker gold finish. Black RPF1s look like s*** IMO, just because of the way the wheel is designed with it's huge lip, they look like steelies.

Thats the way i was leaning. love the stealth look, and all the brake dust wont show!

i was hoping for gold, but its not offered in this size. the black looking too plain and cheap was my main concern. i dont want to look flashy, which is why i opted for 17" wheels in the first place. (or maybe it was the legendarily awful roads in SE virginia.) but i think the wheel design as a whole isnt too loud in any color. thanks for the advice

The dust will show, it has a slight brown tint to it if you let enough build up. I almost never cleaned the wheels on my old car, they were gloss black slipstreams and everyone always thought they were supposed to be flat black until I would wash the car.

17x9's Look dope. And are still light
yea, i just saw that.
they make a bronze version now too, u should get those

and they make the gold in 17x9 dont they?
17x9 might be the way to go then! thanks mr mazda and MP5
New wheels are cool. People with stock wheels are probably potential serial killers. WHAT??
we cant let that happen can we.

right, i wasnt totally serious. i'm just tired of the stockers looking mad dirty every 100 miles or so

probably gonna pull the trigger this weekend. i'll keep you all posted. thanks for the inputs!

Silver won't show stone chips nearly as much as the black will.

Another color could look bitchin, but I'd steer clear of black.

I voted for the Silver finish, Black cars with silver wheels is classic and never goes out of style...the black on black look is just to much BLACK!!!! IMO.

I have to agree with one of the comments from above, if you get either, go black, it looks sick, but if you are still a little bit wishy-washy, paint them lime green, or orange, or yellow. Stand out, and do something a bit different, I think that would be freaking awesome...and it works because you have black, I could never pull off any crazy colors.

Well you should have bought my rpf1 I was just selling

But now the the good s*** only get 17x9 because that is the concaved face other wise any less wider will nit cave in it will cave out

second they now sell the rpf1 in green mag blue purple silver black

black is ugly as **** on these rims
