that is just a filter, read it carefully, the title says cold air intake filter i could be wrong as i stopped reading after i read the title but i would think that is it... just a filter?

that is an actual cold air intake with proven dyno testing.... you get what you pay for man... the aem and injen are probably the more popular brands, weapon R and the k&n typhon are others, all are pretty much 2 bills... though i did see a typhon go on ebay, unused, for 50$ a couple months back, i almost bid on it cause it was so cheap....

no the first one does say it comes with an aluminum pipe

basically the AEM is a high quality piece that will fit your car well, fit snug and not bang around and such, someone actualy put some brain behind making it

the other cheap thing is just a pipe that someone in Korea was told bend to a specific shape and weld together. Quality is not an issue that the person making this would care about. Chances are it may not fit correctly and it might not come with anything to support it in the engine bay, and if it does it would probably be just a metal strap that you would have to try and bolt to somthing.
