Did anyone know which of the following blubs has the best lighting performance?

H7, H3, and 9005 Blubs:

PIAA (Does it really worth the money???)
Raybrig
Polarg
Vestec

If possible, please let me know where I can get the best price for these blubs. Thx!

BTW, Do I really need the heavy duty wire harness upgrade kit for changing the light bulbs???
