what's our car's codename?

i was just watching initial d, and they tend to call their cars by a code name. this made me wonder what our mazdaspeed protege code names is. anybody happen to know? if you don't know what i'm talking about here are some examples.

93+ RX7 = FD3S
86 Corrola = AE86
98+ Silvia = S15
MR2 turbo = SW20
Civic - EG6

those "codenames" are all chassis model names........the e series of civic is every model chassis....along with the fc and fd chassis and even the nissan s13, s14, s15.....whats the achassis code of the protege and there is ur "codename"

i dunno, thats what they call it in Initial D. it looked like a regular mid 90's civic hatch. it think it had a b16 if that means anything.

those are chassis codes...not engine codes

Some are chassis codes and some are engine codes.. and some are just stupid...

Call it a Protege or if you must a 3rd gen protege since there arent a million gen's like with the other cars in the list.

EF = 88-91 civics
EG = 92-95 civics
EK = 96-00 civics
EP = 02+ civic hatch (si, type-R)
EM2 = 01+ civic coupe
EM = 01+ civic sedan

I've owned several civics in my day.
