Nobody would ever pay 18 grand for a CLEAN P5 with 110k miles, so why would anybody want this? I also like how the car has one dinky little trophy next to it. It's so hideous it makes me nauseous. It looks like it has wilwood brakes, that and the turbo are the only things about it I don't hate.

I dont see the huge deal, both the dislike and want of this car. What would I pay for it? Question would be,"What would I pay for a car that I REALLY wanted and NEEDED / HAD a purpose for?" Everyone's wants and needs are all over the place, as well, one man's trash is another man's treasure so who knows. I think it looks better than some fo the nasty s*** I've seen on some of these Mazda forums I tell you that though.

buy that and another third gen protege, or P5 or MSP sheel, and swap all the go fast goodies from it, over to the shell, THEN take this monstrosity to a crusher and charge for people to watch it!!!!

I did, there were cars with similar mileage to mine (70-75k) and they were asking 8-9k, that's more than I could get if I tried to sell mine.

I have always liked that thing...but then again I really like things out of the ordinary, and for someone to make a Protege into a truck is the s*** IMO...I really like that Geo metro on cardomain that was made into a truck as well...

Any time you take a metro and do something like that with it, it automatically becomes cool.
when you take a protege which was a cool car to begin with and turn it into a truck, not cool lol.
