2007 Trailblazer SS
Im sick of my MSP with it f'ing up, overheating, hesitating, noises, etc etc etc. So im selling it, I cant stand it anymore, granted it is a fun car to drive and will miss it but im tired of fixing it and troubleshooting.

I am looking at a few different vehicles, I know they are all over the place in type of vehicle, but these are the ones im looking at.

07 Civic Si
MS3
04 Denali
06 Cobalt SS

What do you guys think?

On a side note, I have a lot of aftermarket parts that im going to be selling

Greddy TT and EBC Spec 2
GHL T.B.
Injen cai
Unichip
Kenwood Double Din dvd playing headunit
perrin fmic (someone already interested)
hks bov
turboxs bpv
p5 radiator
and a few other things, ill post them on the fs section soon, pm me if ur interested now

Denali or SI would be my vote.. Intake and programmer on the denali and you're likely to see 14s..

If you are only considering those vehicles, get the MS3. I work for a dealership and drove the Si. It really made me appreciate my MSP. Could be just me but it really didn't do much for me. Not sure on the Cobalt but I have read about them. If you have the money to go with the MS3 that would be the best buy. Have you driven these vehicles yet?

ms3. i finally saw one in person yesterday and they look real sharp. the cobalt ss looks like fun, but i wouldn't trust it to last more than 3 years before s*** started to fall apart on it.

the ss is nice to look at. the si didnt really rock my world when i drove it either, the only reason why i would get it is b/c #1 its a honda and its reliable, and #2 its probably one of the better hondas if one was to buy a honda. the denali is something im looking at b/c my g/f doesnt want me modding anymore cars and if i get this all i have to do is throw some big boy wheels on it and im done lol. and ive always loved them, however i dont know if i want to spend 22-25k for a used gas guzzler. the ms3 is probably going to the be winner in the end, only reason that would stop me is it looks like a juiced up grocery getter

The cars on your list are all pretty good choices but did you have any interest in a WRX? The only reason I say this is that the all wheel drive is a great option to have and it comes with pretty decent power. Buschur Racing just started building staged kits for them (not this STI) and the power it's producing for little money is just crazy.

If the WRX isn't your thing, I think the MS3 and Cobalt are a great choice! There both nice looking and make good power.

MS3 and not because it's a mazda... I drove a cobalt SS when they first came out and they're quick and the seats are nice but other than that the car felt cheap... I hear you on the Denali, and I'm dealing with the same issue with my gf... I'm trying to debate between a g35X and that new Acura RDX. The Si was extremely underwhelming to me too... surprising since it does pack a good amount of power. I think the thing is that once you drive a turbo car you miss that feel of the surge of power... I even felt that when i was driving my friends 350z which I know at the time was way faster than my MSP...

I'm thinking about going with an Si. The numbers are fairly equivalent and you have to run high test. Gas mileage is fairly decent but Honda resale value ftw. Just feels a lot more solid when you get in them. The new MS3 scare me. Mazda has some tempting cars with lots of options. Their pricing is way below the competitor but in order to do that they need to pinch some pennies in places. I believe this what hurts them and caused all the known issues with the MSP cars. Example Si 22k base has all you need but for 2 grand more you can get another 100 hp and a lot more tech features with the MS3. I love Mazda and thats all I've driven but this is just an observation I made.

Cobalt SS or MS3.
I don't know about the Cobalt SS, but I rented a Cobalt for work a week ago and JESUS did it just feel cheap as s***. It might be nice under the hood but I just couldn't enjoy driving it.

i too looked at the tsx last night, they are nice, however a little pricey, the salesman said he could get me a 07 tsx and make the payment around 400-450ish. they are pretty sweet.

don't get a tsx, my g/f has one and it is nothing special....and its really overpriced for only having a 4 cyl in it.
