What The F*** Is Wrong With This Car?

What mods do you have.

1.8 with the oem flash + tb = pretty quick. Even with the stock side mount...

And usually when they are chipped, they are 18-22psi. 14psi is stock. So if it was on 15, not that great.

My stock speed vs my buddys 1.8 (CAI and DP back exhuast) always lost to me. Even with the core heat soacked to hell... Then he got the VW flash and a DP (18 to 22 psi like you said) he would leave me hard after when he got traction in 3rd...

Edit: When I was all stock

my money is on a boost leak and/ or your parking break was left on, lol. I changed my wga also, and it ran like a champ for a while and its not pulling anymore either. I'm gonna check the exh mani bolts next chance I get.

Ok, well, ive seen bolt on b16's in em1's beat msp's. And modded msp's. 8psi, 3inch catback, injen intake, hardpipes. By buddy with his bolt on 2000 si (i/h/e) pulled my friends msp with me in the car from a roll. It was me and the driver in the msp, and 3 people in the si including the driver. Either the guy didn't know how to drive the eg who you caught and passed, and also the gsr. Only way possible.

*Oh, and a gsr is a b18*

gsr=b18c1
type r=b18c3

Ummmm, why are we naming the motor codes? I know a gsr is a b18 and the type R are both b18 etc. I don't care if the guy in the hatch couldnt drive, wasn't my problem. And the gsr I was pulling up to, I had a ways to go to catch him, and the b16 and the GSR were racing first. Let's just say , the integra beat the hatch first. I never raced a gsr in an integra only in a hatch. So I never said I beat or even raced the integra. I can believe all you say about your buddies MSP, but you don't know about mine and I dont know why its not possible to beat a b16 when I was stock, especially at night. I have no reason to be proud of beating a b16, I really try to only race boosted cars anyway. I really could care less tho, I'm just not trying to be misunderstood. Right now I've got a ****** up BOV and a bad o2 sensor to worry about.

Oh, and the MSP engine code is fs-de since were naming motors for some reason.

and those chipped jettas can surpise you. I had the opportunity to race one last night, a chipped Gli ... but due to my now leaking BOV, I couldnt do it.

stock for stock the msp will take it, speaking from experience, when I was stock and he turned on his chip, he just ******* left me like I wasnt even racing. Oh and this was an older 1.8t jetta with sri only. ******.

I know the pain lol.

full bolt on stock turbo 1.8t's and gli's dont surprize me at all. Nothing that great about them. And take it easy, I just stated the engine code cause you said if it had been a b18, it could take a msp. Didn't know if you knew the diff or not, now I do.

Oh well, I mean I've yet to race one, only raced an older one when I was stock. The car is still heavy and needs alot of boost to move it. I love the look of the gli. Not the brand new one though.

My friend has one full built motor, upgraded turbo gt28rs,standalone, motor is bigger than stock and nothing in the engine bay is stock. Runs like s*** something isnt right. If I spent all that money.. I'd be beyond pissed.

it seems that people who were pointing out a boost leak were right.
i am now running the 626 old manifold with a OEM gasket, no homemade s*** and damn
what a ******* difference!

the car seems to pull so much harder now and i think today was a record braker!
particulary today the car seems to be so ******* fast...it might be the kind of gas i put on yesterday, hmm, chavez GAS makes cars go faster! lol

anyways, on the way to work i had a big smile on my face....

is fun, i'm that much more in love with my car!

finally, no more boost leak
