What size rim will fit my Mazda Protege 2003

I wanted to know if my mazda protege 2003 would fit , Will a 16" x 7" will with a 195/55/r15 fit the car ?

Im running a 17X7.5 +45 offset so a 16X7 will be no problem. But like he said why run a 16's a 17" will look so much better.

I also have a 2003 Mazda Protege LX I found a set of rims ( HP Racing: Lite Speed Blue Lip) they are 15 x 6.5 they are for 90 protege so I'm not thinking they will fit but I might be wrong they are only 88 a piece and look sick. So if they fit that would be nice but if not does anyone know where I can find some similar rims that I guess from what I'm reading are 17 inch. Also if someone can explain like rim size means that'd be helpful
