What should I do?

I just installed a CP-e tow plate and now I have two holes in the front of my car with nothing there. I was wondering what I could do with them, I could replace the plastic part to eliminate the holes, or I could make something to bolt into the empty space like a water-jetted or machined bit of metal with words, a logo, or a pattern on it. I could also use some MGM paint on the metal to match my car. Any thoughts?

You can replace the black plastic panel in the bumper. It runs about $35 from Mazda. There are still two small dimples to indicate where to drill, but it looks loads better than the holes.
