I call mine Ben.... like Ben Folds... because it was assembled in Hiroshima... and the first track on his album "Way to Normal" is called "Hiroshima."

I can admit that it's a stretch... but I was really into that album at the time that I bought the car.

I'm not really into naming cars, but it's a good conversation point if someone asks... and you did

My boyfriends cousin has called it "The Mousetrap" because its small..... I've been calling my 2 that ever since! lol ... I'm not really into naming my cars either!

I have struggled with naming mine, and have defaulted to "the 2". I tried the "deuce" or "Number 2" but thats what we called an old MR2 and it sounds alot like "potty" humor...(eek2)

I'm a Star Wars geek, so being that it's a Red 2 I named mine Wedge (Red 2 was his call sign during the attack on the first Death Star....please don't hate me for my geekiness

I call it a clown car. I'll know her true name after the 17th when i take her on an autox course and see her true color.

We tend to refer to ours as "the four door Miata."

A really bad name, considering other cars in the house are named "Rita" (the red street Miata), "Lola" (the race Miata, because whatever Lola wants, Lola gets), the "Econoguzzler" (the V10 Ford van), and "duh!" our dependable, no brains required to own and operate Corolla.

2000 SVT Lightning - Elvira
2010 Mazdaspeed3 - Ruby

We just call ours the Demio, primarily because I got a Demio badge for it.
