What is your dream car?

Hmmm
Porsche GT2 - Means business
R34 - SO tough
Ferrari Enzo - Who wouldn't want a V12 RIGHT behind their head?
350Z - Just SLIGHTLY out of reach - for now...
Lancer EVO 6.5 - mmmmm so good
That's what I would start with...

oK WELL Here goes my list:

03 Porsche GT3
95 Porsche Ruf 3.6 Turbo
91 BMW E30 M3 (OWNED an 88)
03 BMW M3 , M5, and M coupe
Escort Cosworth (Drove one once and WOW)
1977 Mini Cooper S
03 Mini Cooper S
03 Land Rover 4.6HSE
03 Mercedes CL55
01 Renntech EVO 12 (You gotta see this to beleive it)
1956 Bugeye Sprite
1965 Ford Mustang Convertible (The car from InnerSPace)
03 Honda S2000
VW R32
03 Audi RS4

Yeah may sound like a lot of cars but if I had the money all of those would be sitting in my garage. Actually if you watch extreme homes on HGTV then they would all be in my Garage/Playroom. I would have to have like couches and memorabilia all around them because I could sit there and look at those cars all day long. Oh yeah each car has it's own purpose, Meaning there wouldn't be but maybe 2 or 3 daily drivers the rest would be special event or track use only.

I just love this car! Cobra Daytona Coupe. Original design: 1964
289 c.i. four 2 bbls Webers - 390HP 0-60:3.9 seconds Top Speed: 198MPH. Only 6 were ever built. Value in 1964/1965: $15,000. The last one went off of auction at $4,000,000.00

This is one of Mike McCluskey's excellent replicas in aluminum. About $300,000.

The Coupe was created to fight Ferrari in Europe. Shelby's team did a great job! They won the 1965 World Championship for Manufacturer's. The first one (chassis #2287) was designed and built in less than 90 days!! And then; damn near won the 12hrs of Daytona the first time out. Had it not been for a pit fire, they would have won, most believe.

Was reading the toronto star this weekend, wheels section.
Enzo takes 30 litres of gas to go 100km...
COUGH
Well, if you can afford the car, you don't care about the gas.

It' alive!!!!!!! Sorry, had to bring this post back to life. My dream car is the TVR Speed 12. No other car compares. It is listed at 800 hp but that is just what it is listed at. The actual numbers have never been obtained. TVR has broken a couple of there dyno's ,input shaft rated at 1000hp, trying to measure this. Thay came up with a number of 940hp. Anyway this car would eat the F1 and the new Veyron. It ways as much as our car with over 900hp.

Oh yeah, the pres of TVR said these cars are unsafe and too dangerouse so only a few were made and I think only those with special licenses can get one. Plus it's only like a third of the price of a Maclaren f1.

I'd have to say '72 super Beetle. Maybe about 2% stock:p The rest super modded. Lowered, duel Webers, bored to 2225 cc's, rebuilt internals, 911 fan and housing, 4 wheel discs. Beefed up struts and sway bars, racing harnesses(no back seat), cool old school slotted magwheels(8" back, 6"front), etc................. Bugs were the first sport compacts and still the coolest looking car ever.

I'll buy that...only if you paint it to look like Herbie the Love Bug.

Belive it or not, here in Orlando they have a Herbie convention every year. Maybe 50 or so people with replicas show up to do what , I don't know.

BMW M5 turbocharged.......
I love luxury, but wont sacrifice handling.
They're coming out with an "M7" in 2004 or 2005. It wont be called an M7, but that is what it will be. They're using the V12. It will be a BEAST.
Also, the interior of a BMW makes so much sense, they are so well designed.
