What is it Worth

I bought a 2003.5 MS Protege that only has 53,000 miles with a blown motor. Bought a used engine, forged rods, coated oil pump, oil pressure regulator. My intention was to rebuild the motor with forged rods, new pistons etc, but have lost interest.

I would be curious what you think the car is worth as is.

is it a 2003.5 by chance.... they never made an 04

the forged stuff you could probably sell for about 10% less than you paid. i want to say a longblock runs about 600 bucks, and the car is probably 3500. if youre dedicated to parting it out, you might get more, but it takes like a year. if you do part it out, im very interested in the front and rear lips (the portion adhered to the bumper).
