Just wanted to check in and say hi to everyone I use to chat with and give crap to on here. I'm still driving the MSP and I'm sitting at about 75,000 miles. I should be putting it up on Carsoup and Craigslist by the end of summer. I want to get something a little more conversative to drive to work and school. I've shifted my "fun" money over to motorcycles. Just picked up a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 in April. It's an awesome starter bike! Anyways, just saying hi. So, everybody still driving Mazdas?

Hey! I'm still rockin mine 113,000 miles currently. I'm finally DONE modding it (its got a lot done to her). I just can't put any more money into this car. I still love driving it, every single day, but it's just not worth modding anymore. I'll probly drive this for a while until my job/money situation changes in the next few years. Next car I buy will be modded out by the previous owner. We finally got a second car this last year, so my wife no longer drives it and that will keep the miles down a little. Still runs like a beast, I'm doing 11psi daily and she runs great.
This recession pretty much sucks balls, can't get a nice job and I'm about to graduate college and pay back my mountain of student debt (along with my wife...ugh). Lots going on, just got a 2nd dog. My first dog Rufus is a 150lb newfoundland and he's 2 years old. We got Lily who is a newf/st. bernard mix and she should be HUGE too. We put in a fence this week and the big ass tree in my front yard is cracked and has to be taken down, so I'm going to have a sh%t load of wood, so I'm diggin a pit in the backyard and it will be campfires and beer all summer long at my house

Tonight I'm going to try and head out to Uni for the 2nd time this summer. I'm meeting up with a guy named Vang who I met up with before. He's got a yellow MSP with Evo wing and gold rims. His car looks pretty pimp. I guess we're going to meet up with some new MSP owners, I'll try and get some pics (if its not too dark) and post them up here.
Also since Ryan (rawzyf?) got his G8 he's no longer MN modderator, so I'm going to try and take that over for probly the next few years.

11 psi daily? Damn. I should have kept my boost controller. I was only running 9 psi but I still got scared something might pop. I've bounced around on what I want for my next vehicle. I went from a Nissan Murano, a G35 sedan, maybe a MS3, a WRX wagon, but I think I'm going to settle on a used mazda 3 hatch with a manual tranny. They seem like such reliable cars and they are fun. I will not be modding the next car besides possilby window tint.
I am also in school. Got about 1.5 years until I finish. Going for a BA in business and management. I am also trying to save some money. I'm going to be buying a ring for the GF very soon. I cannot wait to pop the question! As far as dogs go I don't have one. Sounds like you have your hands full with your dogs.

I still have mine but working out a deal right now to sell it. One of the seals in my turbo went as well as the last seal in me to keep maintaining the beast. Next car is going to be an impreza... i'm looking at a 96 2dr with a 1.8... 2.0tt or 2.5tt swap will shortly follow for the steal of a deal i'm gettin

I see your car is for sale on Craigslist. Any good offers yet for that price? I want 10K for my car but with yours and the other one asking less than 8K it may be tough. My car is in awesome shape and runs perfectly with 76K miles. Here are the only negatives: rock chip on hood, two little scuffs on the front bumper, and a tiny bit of rust on the inside of both the front passenger and drivers doors. I'm putting it up on Carsoup and Craigslist this week. I'm going to miss my silver bullet........Cool to hear you have a bike. It's a great feeling cruising down the road on a motorcycle. I'm signed up for the MSF to get my license. Can't wait! Oh yeah, and my car has a sunroof which is pretty rare for a MSP. And it's a $1500 unit installed at the dealership. I'm banking on the sunroof being a big selling point.

You must have bought yours at Luther Mazda then? It's bad the economy is the way it is. I'm hoping some younger kid will come along and get excited about this. Not even one offer with the car at $7800? Dude, Luther was going to give me at least that for trade-in on my MSP. That was about 4 or 5 weeks ago when I was in there asking. Well I hope the calls and emails start pouring in....
I got 75 or so on mine and the struts are squeaking something fierce so I'm getting some jic coil-overs maybe lower it a bit and get some eagle gts for tires i beat the last ones up pretty bad and i'm just finishing up school going back to mn does ne one know of a place where any Mazdas meet up need to find a new group to hang out with
