after filling her with petrol this am, i did my gas mileage math and realized that my gas mileage has gone up over the last 3 months, from an avg of 25 to 27 mpg! i usually lose mileage in the winter...

i bought mine new in july of 01, at 60k i turbo'd her and have been running 6 lbs of boost for the last 7 yrs...she runs great, but with an auto tranny it's not the same experience as with the 5 speed...that will change soon!

I'm so glad you're keeping your P5, Mark. So many good examples are going away or being parted out. And a manual FTW!

it's an 02 sunlight silver with 160k, i've rode in her a few times, the interior will be swapped with mine (the owner was a smoker) and there are a few body issues, nothing major, but it's a winter car so i'm not going to fret to much over that...if i swap the trubo kit over and use the stock exhaust parts on my car, i'll prob sell mine and make a few bucks...couple grand? i'm hoping the 5 speed has a good solild engine, he didn't say there were any issues...i'll probably do a leak down and or compression check first.

Taking my sexy P5 to the grave with me Just turned 40 and not starting from scratch with another car that will take me 10 freakin years to get what I want from it. 120k on the clock since the end of 02 boosted about a year later at 8psi up to 13psi on stock motor to 92k. Only 28k at 25psi since the built motor and tranny and if anything breaks... I'll fix it better and most likely faster
