What have you done to your P5 today?

Lol...I paid $300 to rent the scanner they sell for $250, but I get every bit of it back...and I have had it for almost 4 weeks...

You don't need to rub it in :P

I was at advance auto (in Vermont) a few months ago with my brother to buy some struts and the guy had no problem lending us a spring compressor for 3 months(!) even after we told him we were going to take it out of the country.

are these tough to put on? i need to order some and change mine out to get rid of rainy day squeaking.

It's a really easy job. I'd recommend removing the cruise control actuator (2 10mm nuts) and moving it to the side for easier access to the alternator tensioner.

You must be careful not to over-tighten the belts as that can cause premature bearing failure, amazon has belt tension meters for $20.

im sure autozone will let me rent the tool for that.

anyways i just ordered 4 new motor mounts off ebay to put inserts in. cant beat getting 4 mounts for $117 shipped! CheeseHelmet, when i get the box in i can weight it and take the dimensions to see how much it would cost if i bought you a set and then shipped a set to you in canada if you want. prob less than that outrageous $225 or whatever for shipping from the ebay seller

Hah, no need. When I order stuff from the US I have it shipped to a forwarding company so I don't get ripped off on shipping. Also, My mounts are all good except for my passenger one (which I just ordered from rockauto).

Thanks for the offer though :)

I would like that decal a lot more if I haven't seen it all over the Civic forums...something like that is definitely not original at all IMO...

Damn that looks pimp, Thanks!

you have that exact model? hell for that price i mite even pick it up if it works decent enough

I have one that looks exactly like that except it doesn't support the CAN-bus protocol. It works great, you can read/erase codes and check the status of your various emissions-related monitoring systems (no real-time monitoring though).

P01072 bank 1 too rich....

Got that right. Haha friend had a code reader, the good one that tells you what's wrong.

Also got new ic pipes and an ic core.
