Yeah, it does.....I sanded the bar down last night and sprayed it down with some rustoleum primer and two coats of red today on my lunch break.
lol...yeah, I was test fitting it to see how exactly I could get the MSP end links to fit. The previous night, I had removed the bar so it was resting on the top bolts. I did shear one of the nuts within the cross member and now I can't find it so it should be fun re-attaching it.

Just sent payment for Carbing front and rear strut tower bars, hopefully they actually come this time. Last time I ordered the front from a different company, I waited 3 months and it didn't come, so I got a refund.
