What have you done to your P5 today?

no lol he really doesnt care, like he has a CEL for missfire and his idle sucks, but he didnt give a s*** haha
wish i could do that, but it pisses me off when my car doesnt run absolutely perfect

^^^About time you save that number, and yea, secretly it hurts deep down, but I have come to live with it...

@ Simon...for real...I don't care much how it looks or runs, just as long as it does...the main thing I care about is the interior...that is where I am...it is always clean...the outside not so much, then the motor...it has run super rough since last summer...

yea man, honestly that miss-fire would probably be a super easy fix, if i dedicated a few hours to it i could prob figure out what it is
idle and missfire go hand in hand, being NA makes things alot easier too

i would just be careful putting on that turbo with missfires and s*** cuz they get worse and worse, s*** sucks man lol

I'm with you, JustAnother. I can't freakin sleep if my car isn't running right. I seriously loose my apetite if I get a CEL. It's my only way to get to/from work so I kinda freak out, even about the littlest things. "What the heck was the creak? Aww, damn it. Now I'll be up all night researching 247." Haha. But i really hope you get her all sorted. For a while there you said she was running like a champ.

Yep, got all the parts, waiting on the manifold/wastegate and then gotta get a bung on the oil pan...I will try to figure out the Vac leak before I put it on...I have had the CEL now for over a year...ECU has adjusted pretty good though to it...it used to be worse...

scratch i been havin the problem wit misfire for awhile... i cudn't do more then 1/4throttle or higher then like 6psi with out the car sputterin/misfiring.. kept pullin o2 codes n replaced n nearly rewired everything.. i changed my coilpacks, wires n plugs today n the car runs great idle is stronger and steady.. you shud def check it out..

My car developed this neat trick. I seriously think it's just trying to prevent a nuclear explosion from my engine block... but every now and then it decides that +12V DC is overrated and the tight battery cables decide to stop working while I'm driving. It's fun to limp around with no lights or anything, trying to pull into a parking lot to open the hood, look at the battery funny, then it starts again.

Yea, for the deal I got on it though, I will have about $100-200 in the kit when I am finished...including the purchase price, just gotta sell my ECU/header/intake...I wasn't ever expecting to do it either...
