What have you done to your P5 today?

No a real pain if you have hydraulic disc brakes and you kit your lever during mounting or dismounting. They self adjust and then you got to waste 10-15 minutes getting the tools out to release the caliper to get the rotor to fit back into the caliper. What a PIA if you slip. My buddy made that mistake once.....

made getting the kayak down the street a little easier today

Happy birthday, Matt!

I was bust this weekend with my P5. I drove to Mid-Ohio for the GrandAm race and parked in the Mazda Corral with all my peeps. Drove 2 parade laps on the track and got to open it up a bit through the twisties. I'm looking forward to going back next month for my first track day there. Then came home and this morning drove back towards the track for a Fun Run at Mohican State Park and a bbq with more Mazda peeps. The P5 handled great and kept up very well. Then drove home with the a/c blasting.

My room mate snagged this sticker from one of the Speed Source drivers for me and I had a spare Welsh flag and I've always wanted to rock my last name on the windshield like the rally and SpeedGT cats.

Forgot to say that I replaced my upper radiator hose today. It was bulging a lot and upon turning the car off was being crushed from the pressure change. It was time for a new one. The lower one may be replaced soon as well just for piece of mind.

Plans for the summer: Find and fix annoying clunk in front pass side, Oil Catch Can, New all black seat covers (from same ebay seller that I got my original black and white ones), iSport wing lip. And a couple other small things probably.

You should do the window on mod. Where you can roll the windows down without the car being on.

Won best protege at the Mazdafest =) And got some Mazdaspeed goodies (hat and Tshirt)

I'll probably do that as well. Mostly small projects this summer. Nothing major. Considering doing a new trans over the winter break however... That all depends...

accidentally hopped a curb trying to take a shortcut.. two huge clunks/thuds and now when i go over little bumps it rattles sometimes. jacking it up tomorrow and will have to check everything out.. hopefully nothing tootoo major
