What have you done to your P5 today?

It might be my tires, we'll see how it goes after I put the FD wheels on.

If it's your tires, you should be able to at least chirp/screech your tires a little by braking hard @ 25mph like amaff said. In which case, better gripping tires will fix that. Otherwise, brake lines aren't going to do much. SS brake lines will just keep your brakes performing better for longer when they are under extreme load (aka autoX).

Other option for bike carrying. . .

i have a trunk rack also but doesnt work great when youre hauling 2 40+lbs bikes that cost over $2k each

Swapped my old ugly stock lug nuts for longer shinier black ones...I feel like a tool for even going this far with a visual mod...lol.

Matt, LED's won't work unless you find special ones that do. I don't know how to explain it but the connectors for the 1157 LED's is not the same as for regular 1157's. I bought a pair and they would light up but only if you held them in a certain position when putting them in and that was a position where they were halfway in.

Sweet, I'ma get me some LED's. :D

If I'm paying $2000 plus per bike, they had better be lighter than 40+ lbs!!

But i gotcha, i manage to tote around the Giant and my wife's Huffy no prob, only problem is no way to lock them

I would just say screw lowering your P5, rock that awesome bike hitch and hopefully other members will understand your car isn't your only hobby. (that sounds mean)

not sounding mean at all dude!

I totally understand where he's coming from, having other hobbies and them not being the best for both.

When i started biking, i had guys freaking out on me for not getting alloy wheels or carbon fiber bars and disc brakes, and etc. etc. etc. cause i was modding my car instead.

Whew! I'm glad you understand. I'm the same way. I have two basic groups of friends. Car guys and musicians and they don't see much eye to eye. Heh-heh. My musician friends were so pissed when I sold my upright bass and bought my Enkeis and my car friends are always so confused when I buy a new bass and don't spend it on my car.

And I used to LOVE mountain biking so I understand that whole aspect too. I had a $1000 GT in the back of my $500 Civic. Haha.

I am buying the appropriate ones from SuperBrightLEDs.com, they come with the right base. Also, I'm getting resistors so that they will blink at normal speed when the turn signal is engaged.

I am also getting LED's for the corner marker on the sedan headlights. I found the socket I need (thanks Ricktalife) and I know it takes a 194 bulb but I need the connector that goes into the adapter:

Where can I find this plug?
