What have you done to your P5 today?

Worked on the turbo abit today put in new stud's and nut's also ordered the threaded nipple that come's out of the manifold from mazda.

cleaned up the headlights and installed the HID's. Struts tomorrow!

looks better but could look much better. what did you do?
A few steps of what I do to make them look like new. both headlights on my p5 were VERY oxidized that was the first thing I took care off.
wet sand from 1000 on up
buff out heavy gritt rubbing compound
buff out medium gritt rubbing compound
buff out with polishing compoud repeat until you get a nice glossy new shine
tiss done :)
 
You should try toothpaste. Thats what I used. Comes out to the same result with out having to worry about scratching the plastic.
 
installed my DG lip today :)
cell phone made the lip not match the body color...ugghh and the car is also waxed and stuff so its gotta darker color blue. but its not as unmatched in person as it is in this picture.

met up with JC-MP5 down in FL. buying his exhaust off him soon and thinking of deleting my fogs after seeing his car.

i used some cheap little light restoration pads my roomate had. i was gonna do it the same way you did but with 1500 or 2000 grit paper. the cars is actually my brothers so I'm not too worried about it. lol
