too much work for just an extension...
i washed my car and cleaned it out just to reload it with 5 16" tires. getting ready for the drift event in my vert on the 31st.
talked to ken at protegegarage about my SLS mount....been a month hope to see it soon so i can do my mounts.
should be paying off my wagon next month!!!!

Found out MP3 ECU shipped out earlier...should be here tommorrow or Thursday...anyone have a how-to link on getting to the stock ECU...I hear it is easy, but I have never had to mess with it, so I have no clue...
^There's no need for a how to. 10mm socket and a 1" 1/2 extension. Go at it and I'm sure your clever enough to figure it out

had some problems with the car today, drove it and sounds like the ****** turbo isnt workin lik it used to
used to hit boost hard all the way to like 9 psi, but now it just goes to a wimpy 4.5psi and goes no where
any ideas? i was thinkin maybe theres something wrong with my IC piping, or wastegate

I guess what I am asking is how to get to it...is it just under the passenger side carpet...

Dang...lol...I hate taking out these seats...they are huge...I was hoping it was somewhere else...
nah, its not under the seat. lol.
Its under the dash, on the floor slope, underneath the carpet. All you do is remove a panel or two to pull the carpet back and you'll see a metal shield, it has 4 10mm bolts that you undo, then u pull the sheild back and flip it over, theres ur ecu.
Edit: Swirl FX just posted a pic on mocc yesterday, lemmie find it

Yup it's under the passenger floor by were your feet go. Pull the passenger side carpet back. You will have to remove the two plastic panels to your right and left. Under the carpet you will see a metal plate. Holding it is four 10mm bolts. Careful with the metal plate the edges are sharp. Under the metal plate is the ecu. Another four 10mm bolts are holding two metal strips that hold the ecu. Now the ecu will be free from it's mounting but stuck to the wire harness. In the center of the wire harness is one last 10mm bolt.
