Well today I won a 1ST place trophy from NOPI in the custom Mazda class.


My 6 year old daughter replied, " My daddy won a Piston Cup from NOPI "

She's a huge CARS (the movie) fan

Once I get all the pictures uploaded on my website I'll post a thread with all our ( AZMC ) pictures from this weekend.

Overall we took 6 or 7 trophies home.

Congrats! I do like your car alot.

I did the Mazda6 wagon wiper on the back of mine yesterday. BIG visual improvement!

Oh let's see..............ordered some Tribute wiper nozzles, one of the SLS front motor mounts, and a new set of gaskets for the ole Racing Beat exhaust.

drove her to work today . Haven't really driven her at all this weekend. Had a test n tune on Sat and a race sunday, so I've been in the miata the whole time.

Drove her to campus.. wish I had plugged in my engine block heater last night, it took a long time for it to get warmed up enough that I could back out of the driveway without the oil pressure shooting to 90-100psi

My 22 month-old loves the "Cars" movie as well, but he loses interest and wanders off to play with his toys once the first race is over and they start driving cross-country.

Amsgator - I just put in my new clutch - the ACT street clutch - and I LOVE it. A little stiffer than stock, but not extreme in on/off like the race clutches would be. Don't have any experience with the Spec ones, but I love my ACT one so far...

The motor is almost ready to come out... the heater hoses were being annoying and wouldn't come loose. That and a couple hidden wires, the axles, and then the mounts and she is out! w00t

My car got searched at the Peace Bridge crossing.. I guess us P5 drivers are just shaaaady (notcool)

I guess we could pack a lot of narcotics into our cars though they should just weigh the cars while entering the country and again when leaving and if the difference is significant, then duh search the car... won't stop the small drug smugglers I'm sure though
