Looks like I'm going to have to remake a good part of the fender with fiberglass; it's gunna look like ass.

Also there are a lot of holes in the fender-area that lead inside the car, I guess I'll do my best to plug those too =/

Just received my 626 intake. Still have to clean it up with carb/brake cleaner. The intake still has the VCTS valves. I have researched and read that deleting them has a minimal effect of naturally aspirated FD-DE's, but will still allow greater airflow, especially in top end(highway speeds). Correct me if I'm wrong. Would I benefit more with deleting them, would it even be worthwhile to remove them? I do plan on staying NA(at least in this engine). Or should I just leave them and run them?

That's a header. On a four cylinder it's singular. On a V-6, V-8, V-10 etc, they are headers since you have two. Just a heads up, man. :)

hows the fitment? my buddy bought an ebay header. Tried to install it, but no luck on getting the egr bung to fit, even unbolted the mount so it could flex a bit more, but it was way off.

Got my new VICS/VTCS (which ever one is Bank 1) solenoid yesterday and got it swapped out today. Took her out for a few high RPM runs, ran the CEL check... NO CODE!!!! $72 well spent... sadly. Already detailed the outside, getting ready to do the inside. Then is photo shoot day. HOPEFULLY I'll be able to get the pictures up tonight. I work 50 hours this week and the semester starts tomorrow. No time at all for anything.

If you were getting a CEL then it was the VTCS solenoid. If the VICS solenoid is bad then a DTC is stored but the CEL doesn't come on (because VICS is not emissions-related).

My P5 is still on jack-stands, I'm fiberglassing the hell out of that rear quarter panel. My neighbour and I went halfsies on the BIG bucket of resin+fiberglass:

Mine fit fine. I've had no problems with it minus the CEL came on since you get rid of the first catalytic converter, but I found a thread on here the tells you how to fix that.

I had a productive weekend.

It still needs a lot of work, I ran out of paint so that's only 1.5 coats and I didn't have any clear so it looks funky up-close. Also, I really dirtied my bumper while checking the fitment. But for my first time using fiberglass I'm pretty happy with it :)

Can anyone chime in about this? P.S. I obviously live in FL where they do NOT require emissions testing.

-Thanks.

Drove it to work as usual. Seems as though I have developed a nasty clunk in the front (passenger side maybe) when I turn sharp, hope to find the culprit with fixing only once.

Drove it. Changed oil (203k) think I got the non fouler on the proper way now .. Took off rack caps to ship off tomorrow along with rear wiper motor ..
