Took a wheel off to test some of these:
Very nice man money ready over here.
Got a new map for the SSAFC. once I get the intake manifold from scratch ill do a port/polish. Get my exhaust finished =) I think my new dad got me a new muffler for Xmas.
Once I get that done ill be hitting up the Dyno.
Any guesses on how much power im going to make?

I discovered this a while ago, I went and snapped a few pics after I saw your comment.
There's metal behind that hole, I'm not sure how worried I should be...
Any ideas as to what I can fill that with?

9.5 psi...hmmm, yea i would guess for low 200's AT LEAST

Well after 4 hours of swearing, bleeding fingers, headscratching etc, I have changed the thermostat over! and after a little drive, car now sits on around 85c 
A LOT better then the 109c reading I got off the scangauge today!

Big hands aren't suppose to fit in between the exhaust shield & T-Stat housing, that bloody hurt like hell!

No... no real idea. I haven't looked into it yet. When I get a chance later, I'll try to get a picture of mine. I think there are two now.

you can weld in a piece of 16 gauge steel and then paint over it with rubberized undercoating
i wouldnt do anything else to it...wouldnt be worth using filler or FG really

Heh, you expect too much from me
I have a welder but it's a big 220V stick welder which I've used once (practicing welding s*** together) but I just ended up making a mess. A friend said to just fill the hole with a heavy grease and forget about it but I'm not too keen on that idea either.
