What have you done to your P5 today?

im depressed i let some Work Emotion XD9's slip from me when i was offered them for a sweet deal of 1000shipped....

Finally changed out the FD rims to the MS6 rims... Also popped the mold for the sub enclosure. Still gotta add some more layers and trim it. Also waiting for the speaker rings to come in the mail. lol

got an extension cord so i can use my drill out in the parking lot of my apartments lol
i have to drill holes into the doors to mount my speakers, they sound pretty sweet

pioneer 6.5" speakers, im amazed at how easy it was to wire them up, i may be doing more sound stuff to my car now lol

nope, never decided to write one
if you go to the how to remove roof rack thread, it pretty much tells you how to do it
heres a list of what you need to remove
*A pillars
*b pillars
*C? pillars? not sure if there called that but those plastic pieces in the back that surround the small window
*Seat belts, Front 2 and the middle back one
*Door Sills
*Plastic things below the b pillar
*All rear plastic
*dome light
*Front Light
*Sunroof surround
*OH s*** handles
*random clips

when everything is off open all your doors and peal back the seals by the doors to lower the sunroof on each side, then pull it out of the hatch

thats about it...may have forgotten something
but i can pretty much do it in around 20 minutes, its not hard, just take your time because those clips can break and come loose really easy
there 3 bucks EACH at the stealership lol

I have taken the headliner out 4 times now...lol...I just need help recovering it and the pillars...not sure what to use as adhesive, and what kind of fabrics to use/stay away from...

OH..lol well dam that was a long ass wasted post then haha
fabrics, no heavy/thick s*** because that sags really easy and looks like butttt
adhesive, 3m makes a specific adhesive for headliners that comes in a tiny can, its like 12 bucks
it works really good, but you need like 3 or 4 of them to do a whole headliner, 3M super 90 is straight garbage, i tried using that and it didnt stick at all

here is what i used

edit: stretchy fabric works awesome, and a tip for spraying the adhesive, set it on the widest fan and spray in mltiple directions
like up down then left right, and make sure you wait for the glue to get tacky before you press the fabric on there, if you do it when its wet it'll show through the fabric as a wet spot and it wont go away

Installed my second (extra) set of projectors. Second time around took longer but came out better not that the first ones weren't good. Just this time I tested the tsx color mod before assembly to get the color I wanted.

So you installed projectors into another set of headlights? I'd like to see pics of this second attempt. :)

taught my self that driving my p5 with one foot was harder then i thought.. ( i have a clutch and had to drive my ass to the hospitial due to stepping on some razor sharp class on accident

Tried to figure out why im getting watter dripping onto my foot when i press the gas down hard...Its been raining since yesterday. I think its the window seal...any other takers? lol

I installed a New Kenwood KDC-794 HU, 2 Clarion 6x8's, a Infinity 12" Sub, and a Rockford Fosgate P300-1 Amp...however i don't have power going to my amp...everything else is working.

waiting for my new amp...old alpine keeps malfunctioning, claims there is too much current going to it, yet I had a audio shop look it over and they cannot find anything wrong with the wiring.

I had a leak in my windshield and that's where it was showing up. I took a hose and sprayed different areas of my windshield until I found it. Then I took it to Safelite and they resealed the area for $50.
