oooooo post pictures when you find out what it is. i'm going to take a guess and say either cracked ringland or a hole in the piston.

I'm thinking more and more that its a ring. A wet compression test yielded nothing and I couldn't see anything wrong with a camera.

If you've had anything come out of the engine like a piece of a piston ring or piece of a piston for that matter your turbo will not show immediate damage. You'll have to take the exhaust housing off and see if the turbine blades were hit.

I already have the whole thing off and the turbo seems to be fine.. oil came out of the cylinder and through it. No signs of damage on the turbo whatsoever.

Does anybody know what the torque specs are for our head studs? All I could find we're the specs for the arp head studs

Just got the 225 BFGoodrich R1-S tires back from the shop that were mounted to the 17x7.5 RPF1's Winning!

pics? Thats the setup I want to go 225/40/17 on RPF1s... not sure if that will ever happen the way im going through transmissions
