so swapped out injector seals and still a dam leak. Finally adjusted the e brake and i can finally lock up the rear tires now. Next AutoX will be more fun now haha
also, didnt get a change to look at it, but is it a pita to remove the rear view mirror?

it sucks that i couldnt of stayed longer at the orlando meet but the girl wanted to meet up with her friend before he had to go in for work.Put 1481 miles on my car between last thursday and last night. Also meet up with stealth as well as a couple other protege guys. Had fun all in all.
How in the hell do you guys get such good gas mileage? I road down to Orlando from jaxs with SCMP3 and I followed him and still don't really get the mileage he gets with similar mods.
If it helps any I got 371 miles on a tank on the way back and had quarter of a tank left. Came out to like 31.45 mpg
That's not too bad of mileage. I had a friend with a P5 with full MSP setup on it, and he would average around 36 on the highway.
I keep telling him this lol.
You can also look for a gt25 off of a sr20det or a 2nd gen DSM...they will spool slower but are rebuilable. You would also need to clock the turbo, buy an intake adapter, and put your wastegate on it/reduce the current wastegate pressure
That's not entirely true. My gt25 is from a Silvia. It has a smaller exhaust side and it spools much faster than my stock dual ball bearing gt25

Same here. We actually had a good turn out as far as proteges go at the meet. Normally its just Ryan(blue older pro) and myself as far as the protege guys go.

I make a lot of road trips thru the year. For me, it was a conscious decision when I saw how much money I saved on the trip to Daytona and back.

pull up the trim by the ebrake handle.. turn that nut.. its a 10 or 12mm.. thas itHow do you adjust the e-brake?

Damn! Only speeding ticket I have received thus far (knock on wood) was $100 and I was also doing 20 over the limit. The cop took it easy on me though and didn't give me points. Probably because I was driving my Sentra at the time, which was bone stock and I was literally just cruising in 6th gear not paying attention.
On a more relative note, I just received my TWM short shifter in the mail. W00t sauce. Anybody here know if these are difficult to install? I think I saw a 'How to' before so I'll go check on that.

Not really, the TWM is pretty straightforward. The c clip is the "hardest" part of the whole deal
