I broke one when installing the SSAFC, and it was completely my fault...
I did the same putting my Intake mani back on a while back. I'll call it 98% my fault, and 2% the EGR tube being a *****...

you basterd Outlaw, lol I just went to load a map for the ssafc and I FINALLY got to work great, the car hauls ass now for the most part with a good tune, and I was at 10psi, and was just thinking... hmm I really need to forge this thing and get a GT28RS lol..
^^ hmm, interesting, how would a smaller turbo be more risky than a larger one? and what do you mean the stock/inefficient turbo could damage my engine?, and I dono about a water/meth kit, I was planning on looking at them, but I just use my car as a DD and only push it here and there, once I build the engine I plan to get more and more stuff, but for now I dono... for room/time's sake what would be the major down points to what you were talking about?
