What have you done to your MSP today?

I'm gonna continue to be a n00b and ask who makes the SS AFC and where I can find it cheapest?

Split Second. Make sure you get the one that is MSP specific. The only place I know of that retails it is Protege Garage.

Also, there are 3 versions.

The first is fuel control only

second is fuel control and data logging

third is fuel and timing control and data logging.

I stopped reading the responses after the couple posts about unichip and SS AFC, but I would just like to add my input.. get the SS AFC, my brother has unichip and it's a pain personally, you can't tune it at all, the guy that I had asked about tuning it said about 3 hours and around $500 (from 2 different people) and even the guy didn't like unichip and he worked for them.. and also I just love the SS AFC with my car, also the unichip's boost controller has a big tendency to spike.. just my personal input... you won't be disappointed by the SS AFC

thinly disguised as a WGA discussion. I would LOVE to see some newb read that and try to chime in. I was waiting for it the whole time.

#1) make sure you get something good. I recommend full synthetic, and make sure its LSD compatable.

#2) WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU DO IT YOURSELF!?

What weight trans fluid do I go for. They had mobil 1 and royal purple 75w... ?
But they had other brand's, 80w.., so I'm confused.

Is there a certain weight people use for the msp, the guy told me 75w is what to use. ? I have no idea about trans fluid. ?

edit: Total cost of the repair 2.3 or 2.4k I dont recall wich but i had to pay 996 of that.. so I made out!

Yea but I only need 3 qts., PG sells a 12pack for 140, I only wanna spend less then $30 for 3 qts I gotta buy it local.

I'm supposed to use 75w-14.. ?

ya I was just saying that PG had it as an example, they sell that stuff around local at least around my area, just not as easy to find, I think Levine's had it or something like that where I am.. and ya $30 I don't know I think they are like $15 each, it's a good thing to have good tranny fluid in your transmission, runs better.. but to each his own

dropping some friends off last night.... i had no idea what street to turn on and i was going about 35-40mph when they told me last second, "oh! turn here!" and my stupid ass turned right away and didnt grip the road and hit a tree
