yea i repainted the front bumper on my black spec v and it made the car looks sooooooooo much better.

i evil Med my badges..but idk if i should paint them... black would blend in with the front grille too much.. idk what color to paint them. or leave them the same color.

yeah the place i ordered it from welded the flange low on the pipe...tards.
it sounds insane though...no turkey at all...its got the woosh sound with the zing right after. music to my ears

BOV is on the cold pipe; MAF is on the intake... unless he wants to relocate the MAF he's golden. Looks like a nice clean dual set-up to me.
my the install was flawless thanks to my friend Sam. Had an issue with the snap ring but finally got it.

s*** this is the second time in under a month that I've gotten attention by the cops...
this time a guy cut me of with a cop right behind me. I had to slam the brakes and so did he...so you think that guys getting a ticket. Nay nay...the lights flash for me....f%$k
turns out the cop had nothing on me but wanted to make my life a little more miserable by trying to claim that my car wasn't an MSP and made me show him me intercooler....psshh what a droob

sounds to me like he wanted to see if you had anything illegal...
Sounds to me like he's the typical "I'll teach you to inconvenience me by making me hit my brakes" type of cop. And see if he can write you a ticket for something, front license plate, loud exhaust, sometimes they just don't have s*** better to do...
I've actually been blocked into a parking lot by about 5 squad cars before (this was ~2 years ago) for passing someone who slammed on their brakes in front of me (because they saw a spot to parallel park in lol) and then I was badgered for about 45 minutes... First they wouldn't believe me that it was a Mazda Protege, to which I asked him politely to run the VIN, then the question was if it was really my car, which they already had my registration for. lol. Basically they had nothing they could charge me for, I didnt speed, I signaled when I changed lanes, etc..., but I could here them talking about what they could write a ticket for while I sat there waiting. Finally 45 minutes later I got a loud exhaust ticket. I tried to inform the cop that it was from the factory but he didn't really understand what that meant. I had just bought the car like 2 months prior, had NO modifications done so I just laughed and got Mazda to verify my stock exhaust/intake system. It got thrown out in court, but the judge said I still had to get the exhaust fixed... I just laughed inside my head and said "yes sir, right away sir." Now I run 1 hi-flo cat (I wish I didn't get it, now). F*** the police.

thing is I do...exhaust, no factory crash bar, disabled DRL, HIDs....I got none of it and he even inspected the FMIC (perrin), he could have really nailed me if he was really there for that but whatever
the dude was probably just mad that his morning coffee and doughnut got spilled....
at least I didn't get that I would have been super late for work...once again F%^k the police.
