Tb coolant bypass would be good to start with, garden misting intercooler sprayer for a couple bucks, ect

how to section...
isnt that such bulls***, you are required to do the inspection and they make you pay for it. not like you said, "hey i feel like getting my car inspected just for the hell of it today"
i just went though the howtos and didnt see the TB bypass howto
Its in the msp section although it really applies to all proteges
The short of it...take one of the coolant lines off the throttle body and loop it back to the engine...take the other line off the throttle body and throw it in the garbage
