I'm about 99% sure it is. From what I can tell, the hood will need realigned, but didn't look to be bent anywhere, and i can't get it to open the full way. the front bumper is obviously ******. one of the headlight bulbs went out, but the housing appears to be okay. all the grills were smashed or flew out somewhere along the road, except for one of the fog deletes. i think my smic might be ****** as well but who knows because once the engine is warm the pos hesitates like all hell. all in all it's not nearly as bad as i thought it would be, but it looks like i might have to sell it to keep my ass from going even more broke than i am. either that or if i can manage to sell my spec v once it's repaired i might be okay.

oh and one more thing. i'm going to get 500 and some odd dollars back on my tax return. what a coincidence since that's my deductible.

More than likely you need the hinges which get bent a lot. I used to fix those but it got frustrating.

Is that a zip tie holding the hood down?

I'm liking this mod less and less the more I learn about it.
