What have you done to your MSP today?

are you running stock boost? if so i would just go for the cheaper atp, in all seriousness, have you ever adjusted the stock wastegate? i would venture to say you have not and if you are running stock boost i dont see any reason that would justify paying more for another adjustable wga

you asume correctly young grasshopper! lol Yeah I'm running stock boost and have no intentions of going high well not without some sort of ems. I do have supporting mods but i rather be safe then sorry. After all this is my DD.

i need to go and get me a wideband and some ems =/

my told me a couple weeks ago that the *********** is having a group buy on the innovative wideband, it think it was 250 maybe??, its not the real nice one PG has. but its a wideband. Let me know if your interested ill talk to him and see if its still going on.

Wow they block mazda 3 forum, this forum is so anal.

nah its good i just found out what ems im using and it has a wideband to go with it i just got to save me up a couple hundred bucks now

You know we have 3 trans mounts right? Only 1 motor mount.

not sure what you mean lol

you mean we have 3 options for tranny mounts? yea, I got corrected there (wasn't aware of brach's and su's)....but what do you mean by 'only 1 motor mount'?

Only one of the four mounts in the engine bay are actually physically connected to the engine. The rest are all connected to the transmission.

Nah mang, magnum's hit on the head. Your front, back and driver side mount are all on the tranny. Which sux when your doing tranny work, I've pulled mine 3x and it sux having to support the motor with a jack or stand. One time that bastard had a jack under it for like 3 weeks, god that sucked. I wasn't trying to call you out or correct you, just sharing information. And if we really wanted to get technical the front mount is actually the one on the passenger side (holding the motor), the rear on the driver side and teh side mounts are in the front and rear of the bay. This is since our engine is actually facing the passenger wheel.

My right front ksport is blown and the combination of rattling and the hydraulic fluid loosened up the endlink tab on the strut body. Which in turn spun around and into the inside of my rim, removing some metal there and bending the s*** out of the endlink and tab. I removed both endlinks for now until I can get some new suspension. i also took off the rear sway cause it was clunking and I have a clunk fix kit to put on sometime soon, hopefully tomorrow if I have time after FMIC install. Here are pics comparing the two endlinks. these are the beefier endlinks that come with the BC suspension too. I've already been through two stock endlinks on teh passenger side in unrelated circumstances where it just popped the ball joint apart. These endlinks are nice and I wish it hadn't had destroyed one of them. I am going to be getting new(read: used) stuts and springs sometime soon if anybody has any Illuminas and lowering springs for sale hit me up. Anyways, look at how it actually twisted the ends around. Blows my mind. I loved teh look I had with the ksports but hated the ride. the adjustability was great for tracking the car, but as a DD and drivig to work downtown (horrible roads) it was hard on them.

oh yes I know this lol

tranny mount is much easier to say that 'drivers side mount', and everyone knows what you are talking about when you say tranny mount lol

For some reason the headliner looks alot lighter in the pics, in person it looks alot darker, but i still need 2-3 more cans and it will be good, the visors are the only thing thats going to be a pain cause of the plastic mirrors and that warning sticker.

Also ill take any donations for a new steering wheel lol

have you looked at the how too?, and if you have access to a lift that obviously makes things alot easier lol, but from what i have been reading you dont have to take the turbo off to do the wasstegate.

and glad you like the decal, i was a lil iffy at first cause i thought it was going turn out a lil ricey but i like, alot ppl ask about it and think its my racing number lol, but i dont think i have ever seen someone use such a high number lol.
