What have you done to your MSP today?

My buddy blew his motor, hence the blackness. Some of the fins have been pushed over, but it's nothing some toothpick lovin won't take care of.

Not for the moment. Car is a garage queen till next year. Racing at the track only for now, car will be trailered to events. There is a reinforcement bar being fabbed up as we speak.

Took the one ****** up stud out of my s pipe last night. I have everything almost ready to go just need to get the block back from the machine shop.

Occasionally sitting at a light it'll dip, but the real problem is that if I'm coming out of 2500+ RPM to neutral or just holding in the clutch it occasionally stalls. Very much a problem when you're trying to get around somebody, onto an exit ramp, and then have to turn. Scared the piss out of me first time it happened. I can mitigate the problem by releasing throttle, in gear, roll for a second or two, and then shift out of gear, but this is really the sort of problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.

P0171, bank 1 too lean. That's probably the O2 sensor downstream of the now non existant cat bitching, right?

Nope, 2nd O2 sensor has nothing to do with how the car runs. It's merely there tell judge whether the cat is working properly or not. P0171 is perhaps the most annoying code you'll ever throw because it can be caused by about 100 different things. First step is looking for vacuum leaks and it gets progressively more expensive from there.

Ah. Great.
