What have you done to your MSP today?

I know you have said you are sure it has s-techs but have you actually looked in the fender to check for the green spring and make sure they are real with the tein logo painted on the spring as opposed to a sticker just placed on the spring.

yeah. they're legit.
 
heres pics from the FMIC install a couple weeks back. sorry for the delay. oh, and forgive my SSQV mounting system... the oring and clip were not included... talk to 25Fconv about it. lol for free (pay it forward thread) I can't complain.

What make core did you use?what type of gains did u get? I was looking at getting one. I like routing of the corksport, but when I talk'd to derrick there I ask him what type of core they used and he said it was made in australia? Thuoght about buy just the piping and getting a sparco core

I dynoed today for the first time EVER

Mods are:
Turbolife FMIC
Turbohoses SRI
TurboXS RFL BOV
Perrin Fuel Rail


And thats it.

Edit : it has a Flashed ECU

I do have a tiny exhaust leak for a year now hahaha.

They're S-tech's.. The original owner put them on there.. The stock springs came in the box that the tein's came out of..
 
Outlawstar - I would guess ur numbers would be around 170-185 hp range with those mods. Its time for a EMS.

badly, but going to go again next month after I get things fixed and put the steed speed mani on. Then after that I'm going to get a custom 3" turbo back made and get it done again.


And going to seafoam the s*** out of my car, Cause i know for a fact its dirty as HELL. I think thats the main problem.
 
Theres a guy i know who had the Thermal exhaust. And he still had his stock cats and he dynoed at 169hp, forgot the tqs. So yea i guess the cats do restrict somewhat. Looking forward to ur new numbers.
 
Ill post a new sheet when I get my steed speed mani installed, which will prob help out ALOT cause it will fix the leak at the mani to turbo :D


so I should be up at 170 then.

Not even just cats its that the piping is too small. You can run a cat with a bigger exhaust.

You definatly don't need an ems to hit 170-190whp it can be done easily with basic bolt ons although an ems helps.

With just the steed speed mani you might look at 155-160max if you do nothing else.
