What have you done to your MSP today?

in the past week:

- sold sunlight silver MSP
- sold CF reverse cowl gemeni hood (to this guy)
- installed 505 cold air intake box on my titanium
- got my titanium back!

all parts swapped over, only things i have left to do:

- install new tires waiting in my garage
- alignment
- install perrin fuel rail/bigger injectors
- do the 1.8 conversion swap (have valve cover, need coils/bracket/wires)
- powder coat valve cover (tiffany blue)
- powder coat 505 cold air box (tiffany blue)
- swap red vacuum lines for black or silver
- swap blue couplers for black
- re-tint @ 20%
- install SSAFC
- tune
- dyno

Just got my 3.5 lip today from azuelke.
Waiting for the greyhound office to open up so I can pick it up then try to install before work.
 
Putting the factory WG back in and going to run stock boost to see if that fixes my AFR's since I don't have the money or knowledge to tune my car right. Then more body work this weekend and autoX on Sunday, Sunday, SUNDAY!
 
Just orded a AWR 88 duro trans mount. Should be the last thing that I buy for a while until the body work is done.
 
I have a lot of noise when turning the passenger side axle.. not sure if problem is the axle or in the dif.. it doesn't sound quite like a bad cv joint and I'm 99% sure its not the wheel bearing, the sound seems to come from near the transmission. When I spin the driver side axle its completely quiet though. Otherwise the car still runs great with a thousand mile on the engine now.
 
Car started popping itself out of 3rd gear a couple days ago. It only usually happens when I am not paying attention and lazily throw the car into gear but when I am driving uphill it consistently will throw the shifter into neutral. I am hoping it is the shifter or bushings so I ordered the corksport bushings and 3rd link kit, otherwise it would be the synchros since it doesn't do it in any other gear. It is intermittent so it will usually drive normally and stay in gear but sometimes won't fully engage. Already have solid mounts all around so I know it isnt the motor mounts.
 
Well s*** napa dosent have the msp axles available. Anyone know another place that has replacements or does anyone have msp axles for sale?...

No one. the regular axles fit but are obviously weaker. You could contact Fatti and hope he gets one to part out...
 
I just bought a bunch from siliconintakes.com they are pretty good and I have not had issues with them in several years.

installed my corksport bronze oil bushings and 3rd link kit last night. ended up losing the bolt for my TWM short shifter. so now switch back to stock boooo. gonna raid the autopart store tomorrow for a bolt to fit it. my shifts feel so long now.
