Put a deposit down on Turbolife's FMIC.

pulled him outa the garage and gassed it up to drive for a few days to test the side mounts.

So far it feels great...feels solid, if that makes sense. A little bit more vibration but not violent by any means...

+1 for side mount filling

So much for getting my head done next week =(.............i just went and bought wiseco 9.0:1 pistons with a .020 over bore and a fidanza flywheel!! =D

I didnt do window weld tho, i used 5 min epoxy, its quite hard but works good

I've actually seriously considered doing this.

BTW, have fun attemping to build boost in 1st now...

I do. TBH, I didn't really notice any difference other than the fact that boost doesn't really build up in 1st anymore. The RPM go up and down fast but it didn't really chage driveability.

yes and no.. it's less rotating mass so it allows the car to rev faster...

SO why wouldn't you be able to build boost....If the motor is turning that fast...it as to still get that exhaust out....Which turns the turbine....How will it not build boost?
