Factory locks? Aren't those a b****? I had to remove the ones on my MSM, but took a different approach. Ended up welding a bolt to the end of them and twisted it of.

They were indeed the factory supplied locks and a b****. Tried to using the brand new lock key for the 2nd time for a tire rotation and it would no longer bite. A die grinder & impact chisel did nothing either and then finally someone handed me that 2 piece kit. Welding a nut was also considered.

I've always thought about taking my liip off, im digging the splitter u have, did u make that? ur headlights could stand a buff lol

yeah. splitter is stock on 2001 mp3 and 2003 msp. i have new headlights that are gon on. just waiting for freetime.

Swapped back from the Progress sway bar to the Racing Beat rear sway bar and added relocation brackets. Shortened the endlinks and preloaded the bar. Totally changed the feel of the rear end. It's so tight that I don't even rub anymore on dips and drops. Now I need to relearn the car a bit.

Oh... well yeah that is practically the same as a CAI the way it directs all that cool air into the front of the car. All you need is the vortex intake air spinner and you're like up there with the Z06.
