What have you done to your MSP today?

I fixed my rear suspension clunk today.

And now I have a loud knocking noise when acceleration. I know its not the motor. It sounds like its comming from right below the firewall or maybe a little further back by the tranny. It gets louder the harder I accelerate. The car still pulls strong and I have not noticed any performace or diveability issues. I have not had a chance to get it in the air and look yet but was open to some suggestions before I get under there. I have a welded lsd so I don't think its that.. hopefully. Axles going bad or some issue with the tranny?

It was yesterday, but my friend and I installed my 88 durometer front and rear awr motor mounts and corksport 3.1 inch exhuast. The rear mount was a pain and took the most time. I like the improvements, but will see how the law likes the exhaust or not.

Installed my new advance auto radiator. Free cause it was still under warranty. Gonna need to order some new rad hoses. Anyone got a link to samco hoses for the msp?

Sam has them, unless you're doing a color I wouldn't spend the extra. I have them and they didn't seem much thicker than oem to me.

So basically the vibration/knocking I feel in the firewall feels the hardest when I accelerate at lower rpms. I heard some new noises coming fron the front right too, dosent drive any different though. I havent had time to really look at it but im kind of puzzled... It all started shortly after I retightened my front right axle which was a bit loose and made my tires vibrate at highway speeds. I plan on taking the whole taking out to look at the axle but I dont have time to do that until the weekend.. could it possibly be caused by the axle?

I was wondering if either the transmission or passenger mount could do something like this? I have stockers with awr inserts in them.

No I mean I tightened because it was shaking, shaking has stopped now. Im starting to think the transmission mount could be toast.
