What have you done to your MSP today?

How come the motor blew Kyle? Just cause or was it a certain mod, or lack of?

neither, If it was from me beating on it, or from me doing something understandable for it to pop then sure, but I was just driving around with my friend. All the mods I have at the moment to my motor (when it blew) would be a FuelRail, motor mounts, FMIC, and SRI, and a SteedSpeed Turbo Mani, besides that notta, no really "power adders" Never even up the boost.

(confused)

Maybe you got one of the bad motors.

Well, let me change that, maybe you got one of the worse motors. lol.

finished my WGA install... lost the clip when I did the swap, so I risked driving it without the retainer.... doesn't appear it moved once.

Losing 4-5 psi SUCKS. my car feels slow now. At least I don't risk blowing it up anymore though, and hopefully the catless midpipe will gain me back what I lost when I put it in (tomorrow?).

Also picked up the non-fouler when I was picking up the new E-clip...

Yeah I liked boosting to warp speed too, but that sense of safety after putting my new WGA on was wonderful.

I even lost the extra boost my FMIC got me... idk, hopefully going catless will make up for it. the change to the exhaust note and stinky exhaust will be nice too. just gonna have to be OK with a bit of smoke til the next oil change. no more 5W-30 oil for me.

if you have the supporting mods, which it looks like you do, you can run 10psi fine. J_naoto has run 12-14psi on stock block over the past 6 months, still hasn't blown.

well mine is covered in salt from mecklenburg county freaking out about possible snow. and when i went through the mcdonalds drive thru yesterday morning, the cups top was loose and it spilled all on my door panel and under my seat. it pretty much sucked.

Mam catless midpipe:
2.5"...
no O2 harness extention required... BARELY long enough, any more and I woulda done a splice..
No noticed change in exhaust note, until I got in my parking garage... OH YEAH, its perfect.. perfect I say.

just need to get a gasket as I now have a small leak behind the midpipe...
